Usually 14–30 days from signing the order. It depends on the availability of the specific model, the distance and how quickly the registration is processed. For special models (classic cars, low-volume EVs) the timeline may be longer.
We work with verified sellers and dealers, request complete documentation, photographs and the service history, and run a VIN check. With used vehicles it always holds that they are not new — all known points are part of the written documentation before you place the order.
Yes, as an optional extra-charge service — available to both private individuals and companies. We send a technician directly to the seller; the technician inspects the vehicle (bodywork, engine, electronics, test drive) and prepares photo documentation + video. We particularly recommend it for vehicles over €30,000 or when buying from a private individual. We quote the inspection price in advance — it depends on the location.
Once we agree on a specific vehicle, we sign the order and request a deposit (typically 10–20% of the purchase price). You pay the balance before transport or when collecting the car in Slovakia — as agreed. Everything goes through a bank account with proper documentation.
Yes. We work with European importers and can also source new vehicles — often at better prices than Slovak authorised dealers.
For the service of importing a specific vehicle to your requirements (make, model, equipment, engine), the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days does not apply under Section 19(1)(c) of Slovak Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection — these are goods procured on the basis of your special order. Once the order is signed and the deposit paid, the order is binding. Claims regarding quality defects are handled in accordance with the applicable Complaints Procedure.
Consumers have the right to contact the seller with a request for redress. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may file a petition to initiate alternative dispute resolution (ADR) under Slovak Act No. 391/2015 Coll. — the list of ADR entities is maintained by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic.
